Am I dialating? Or is it just preassure?

I am 37 weeks 2 days pregnant and my baby girl is head down. She seems to be pushing down, the crazy thing is it doesn't hurt at all but when she pushes down I can feel a weird feeling like a wet gushy bubbly feeling but nothing leaking I have dialated some my doctor says
