Could my best friend be pregnant ?

so my best friend came to me so worried and told me that she was having fun with her bf without protection but all what they did that he pre-ejaculated and she touched his pre-ejaculation and then she put her hand in her wet "P" but not her vagina, knowing that her period was just done 4 days before that, I didn't know if that would get her pregnant, but she told me she heard that pre-ejaculation gets ppl pregnant, can anyone help and if its possible is it a great possibility or what ???
