Dragon age origins problem, any help? :D?

I have installed dragon age origins (again) to finish all dlcs and and "Awakening" but for some reasons some dlcs don't work. they say missing requirements... for some they say I have to install "Awakening" but for Leliana's song for example doesn't say why it doesn't work... any idea??? thx in advance :P
