Do you rent because you're lazy?

Not because you're saving up money for a house in a state of flux. We're going to renew our lease for another year because we don't want to mow a yard or pay for a new roof if there's a leak. We're in our mid 30s with professional jobs, and rent half a house. People think we're nuts but it just makes sense to us. And it frees up money for take out and weekend trips.
