12 dpo losin hope! :( bfn today. X?

12 dpo today and a bfn this mornin! :(x startin to lose hope! No sore boobs but bit veiny , sickly feelin on morning and funny taste in my mouth . Weeing Frequently (tmi sorry) Feels tight down there and very wet all the time ... Tired and bursting into tears when my partner leaves... Am I pregnant? Shall I test tomorro? Any advice? Xxx
