Coolant leaking out the bottom of engine near oil pan in a 2004 chrysler pacifica?

I had a problem with my radiator hose popping off about once a week so I replaced the hose clamp and problem solved but now I noticed a puddle under the car so I filled up the reservoir with water turned the car on an looked under it an I seen it leaking out of this block right beside the oil pan, not sure what the part is called but its bolted on an it seems to be leaking between the piece its bolted to and its wet around the bolts, any suggestions whats going on are appreciated
