Every night I am awaken by a weird noise, ?

The noise is almost unexplainable. And when I hear it- it seems like its in a distance, and then it gets closer and closer until it feels like its wispering in my ears. All the while this is happening, I am completely paralized. I cant talk cant move. if there is any one that has went through the same thing please wright me. Idk what to do. This happens every other day. Somtimes I can be wide awake and watching tv. And this would happen
