Fast heart beat, Panick, Paranoid ,I seriously need some help.?

Cut out alcohol, caffeine including coke, weed, chocolate and aged cheese. Have a nutritious, bland, non spicy diet and get 8-9 hours of good sleep a night. Get some moderate exercise every day and do not schedule anything stressful that you do not absolutely have to do for several weeks until you calm down.
