Help with magnetic circuit....?

how can i find the direction of the flux , i am confused how to use the right hand rule for magnetic circuit since the wire is wounded on a core or magnet...please help ...particularly if there are many coils and you want to connect them and one of them is opposing each other....thank you in advance...
