My right arm is in unbarable pain!!!?

I'm 17, yesterday I played vollyball and soccer and football with some friends. We didn't use any protection. Today I was awaken early because of my arm in pain. It feels like growing pains but it's weird because growing pains usually just stays. But right now I can't move my arm the slightest otherwise my arm will hurt very badly. If i just move a fingure it will hurt so much. I can bend my arm it doesn't hurt there though it's just my forearm and hand. If I could rate the pain it would be a 9. What could be wrong with me?
