Three days ago i was having chest pain every time I swallow. The campus doctor told gave me a prescription for?

gas re flux because she wasn't sure what it was and told me if it doesn't get better she will refer me to a specialist to check for any ulcers. Now i'm having chest pain on the upper right side of my chest even when I don't swallow. The pain gets worst with certain movements like when I bend down. what could it be?
